Before the proper rules: always start on the one called HUB otherwise it wont make sense1) All objects can be taken with you, remember to keep in mind what you have on your person
2) Play this how you like: remember this is different from other interactive stories as you are not controlling the entire story, only your own actions. Play it as though you are actually here. There will be times when it talks as though you are just on the net but its a test of who you are: your thoughts and actions. Treat it as though you have just awoken here.
3) Please be serious. Do not post stupid comments in our comments unless you feel that is how you would react. Obscene posts will be deleted. Do not post what you think of the interactive on the pages: put personal comments here.
4) Hurting other explorers in comments and chatrooms is fine but please do not be too explicit as younger people may be playing
5) Be serious about who you are. If you are 200 stone and 8 foot tall you probably will not fit through small tunnels in the wall. If you wish to simply explore please ignore your own restraints but we are seeing how actual people would react to these situations. Be yourself here, not a character of your own creation. However, if you wish to explore in varying styles we will not stop you.
6) The chatroom is the equivalent of the microphone you have on your person at all times. You can talk to anyone else in this odd world but remember to ask where they are: they may be in the same room as you. You will need a deviantArt account to use the chatrooms
7) Certain areas will require you to comment on how you would react. Please just use the add a comment function to do so.

To become a writer contact

after reading the following rules of writing E-Watch Pages:
1) Anything is acceptable in the e-watch world. I dont care what you write. Remember though: the reader has all choice over what they do. Any complex choices should be made simpler, even turned into "comment below" if necessary.
2) Make sure you've made all the appropriate links
3) Sexual content should be diminished compared to other content however if you feel it suits the room you may include it. All macabre, sexual or similar content will need a warning placed upon it
4) If a page has choice without a link (except return to last page choices) you can add to regardless if you created the previous pages.
5) You're writing it as though you are describing the scenary to someone who is blind. Take this is consideration
6) Try not to force onto the reader how they are feeling however it is extremely hard to write interesting pages with no emotion.
7) You are welcome to add a new door to the HUB. More the merrier.
8) All pieces should be added to the Perspectives category in Prose. (fiction)
9) If you discover a link has been done that you wanted to do then you DO NOT delete the work to make way for yours. First come, first serve.
If you are interested in adding pages to E-Watch contact

. If I do not already know you please supply a brief piece of writing which shows how you will be writing for E-Watch.
